De coronacrisis had een zware impact op onze sector. Jobverlies en onzekere professionele perspectieven hebben voor een aantal cultuurwerkers ook tot psychologische problemen geleid. Ook nu bevinden we ons nog in woelige tijden, die zorgen voor (inter)persoonlijke spanningen, conflicten...  Het financieel aspect mag geen geen drempel zijn om hier hulp te zoeken.

Sinds mei 2021 maakte de sector middelen vrij om hieraan tegemoet te komen. Sinds mei 2022 werken we ook samen met LIVE2020.

WIE komt in aanmerking?

Je kan beroep doen op deze financiële ondersteuning als je:

• op het moment van de begeleiding voor een werkgever werkt in onze sector (paritair comité 304)
• of in 2022, 2023 of 2024 minstens 10 dagen rechtstreeks tewerkgesteld bent geweest in onze sector (paritair comité 304). Rechtstreeks tewerkgesteld betekent: door middel van een arbeidscontract met een werkgever.
• of in de afgelopen drie jaar minstens een jaar in de Belgische muzieksector gewerkt hebt (ongeacht je statuut); je stuurt ons je cv, en/of licht je ervaring kort toe in een mail
  - met ondersteuning van LIVE2020

WAT komt in aanmerking?

eerstelijnshulp bij een psycholoog of psycho-therapeut 
 

HOE werkt het?

• Je mailt ons de naam/het profiel van je psycholoog of psychotherapeut door. 
• We betalen je eigen inbreng terug, dus wat niet gedekt is door de wettelijke regeling en tegemoetkoming via ziekenfonds.
  (In 2021 werd een een verruiming van de wettelijke terugbetaling aangekondigd. Dit systeem wordt geleidelijk uitgerold - meer info)
• Maximum 8 sessies.

The crisis has had and is still having a severe impact on our sector. Lost jobs and insecure professional prospects have given rise to psychological problems for a number of cultural workers. The combination of lost income and limited reimbursement options should not be a barrier to seeking help.

The sector is providing resources to respond to this need. From May 2022 on, we also collaborate with LIVE2020. Do you need financial aid to help you get back on track mentally? Please contact us.

 

WHO qualifies?

You can apply for this financial support if you:

• are working for an employer in our sector when you receive the counselling (joint committee 304)
• or have been directly employed for at least ten days in our sector in 2022, 2023 or 2024 (joint committee 304). Directly employed means: having a contract of employment with an employer.
• or have worked in the Belgian music sector for at least one year in the past three years (regardless of your status);  you send us your CV, and/or briefly explain your experience in an e-mail
  - with the support of LIVE2020

WHAT qualifies?

primary care from a psychologist or psycho-therapist 

HOW does it work?

• You mail us the name/profile of your psychologist or psychotherapist. 
• We reimburse your own contribution, i.e. that which is not covered by the statutory regulation and reimbursement via health insurance funds
  (In 2021, an extension of the statutory refund was announced. This system is being implemented gradually - more info)
• Maximum 8 sessions

La crise a lourdement impacté notre secteur. Les pertes d’emplois et les perspectives professionnelles incertaines ont confronté certains travailleurs culturels à des problèmes psychologiques. La perte de revenus combinée aux possibilités de remboursement limitées ne doit pas constituer un frein à votre recherche d’aide.

Le secteur libère des fonds pour faire face à ces difficultés. Depuis mai 2022, nous avons aussi une collaboration avec LIVE2020. Vous avez besoin d’un coup de pouce financier pour vous faire aider sur le plan psychologique? Prenez contact.

 

QUI peut en bénéficier ?

Vous pouvez demander un soutien financier si :

• Vous travaillez pour un employeur de notre secteur au moment de l’accompagnement (commission paritaire 304).
• Soit vous avez été employé directement au moins 10 jours en 2022, 2023 ou 2024 dans notre secteur (commission paritaire 304). Avoir été employé directement signifie par le biais d’un contrat de travail avec un employeur.
• Soit avoir travaillé dans le secteur de la musique en Belgique pendant au moins un an au cours des trois dernières années (quel que soit votre statut); vous nous envoyez votre CV, et/ou vous expliquez brièvement votre expérience dans un e-mail
  - avec le soutien de LIVE2020.

 

QU’EST-CE qui entre en ligne de compte ?

L’aide de première ligne fournie par un psychologue ou un psycho-thérapeute 

COMMENT ça fonctionne?

• Vous nous envoyez par mail le nom/profil de votre psychologue ou psychothérapeute.

• Nous remboursons votre apport personnel, c’est-à-dire ce qui n’est pas pris en charge par un régime légal ou une intervention de la mutualité.
  (En 2021, un élargissement du remboursement légal a été annoncée. Ce système est mis en place progressivement - plus d'infos)
  
  Info supplémentaire: l'asbl 'Un pass dans l'impasse' offre un soutien psychologique spécifiquement destiné aux travailleurs indépendants francophones de Wallonie et Bruxelles, maximum 4 sessions, à distance. tout info ici

• Maximum 8 séances.
