As a Marketing & Promo Intern, you’ll join both the Marketing and Promotion teams. You will work closely with the Project Marketing & Promo Managers. We are looking for a creative, energetic, and proactive individual with a strong passion for music, excited by marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, press activities, and everything that makes artist promotion come alive.
What you'll do:
Support Marketing & PR: Assist Project Marketing Managers in creating compelling marketing strategies and promotional activities for international artists.
Coordinate marketing Activities: Collaborate closely with the Project Marketing Managers to design and coordinate marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth execution across a variety of projects.
Coordinate PR Activities: Collaborate closely with the Promo Manager to ensure the seamless execution of media mailouts, press releases, interviews, and other promotional projects.
Market Research & Media Monitoring: Conduct research on artists, fan bases, trends, and media coverage to provide insights that inform campaigns.
Co-organize engaging (fan) events & media activations: Support the planning and execution of fan events, media sessions, meet-ups, and exclusive performances to create memorable experiences for fans and the press.
Take Minutes & Stay Organised: Document key takeaways in team meetings, ensuring alignment across Marketing and Promo/PR projects.
Leverage Our Network: Promote artists through our channels, media contacts, and industry networks to maximize exposure and engagement.

are studying Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field at a university or high school (or equivalent)
enrolled in a study program and have an internship supervisor assigned by your educational institution.
write and speak fluent Dutch; French is a plus.
are available for at minimum of 3 months, five days a week (fulltime);
have knowledge about music, social media, and marketing trends.
