Natural Contract Lab is a transdisciplinary artistic practice that weaves an active and sustained relationship with bodies of water undergoing deep ecological transformation. Our artistic interventions are hybrid and unfold differently in respect to each river as dialogue, a collaboration with, and a gesture of care. With the aim to fabulate new forms of justice, we have co-created an artistic Protocol of Reciprocal Care weaving the practices of restorative justice, rights of rivers, environmental grief, sensory ecoscenography.

We are looking for a long term Creative Producer, who will fulfill a crucial role in the continuation and realization of the artistic process. This long-term commitment is the continuation of a systemic process of growing an alliance of care with and for the river’s people and earth beings. STILL HERE - Living Preamble has been been subsidized for a new phase between 2026 - mid 2027. The project crosses Wallonia, Brussels and Flanders – from the source of the Zenne in Naast to its bifurcation at the Zennegat in Mechelen

profiel kandidaat

• You speak/write French, English, and Dutch.
• You are passionate about rivers, regenerative ecologies, and transformative processes.
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of people
• You have a long-term strategic vision in planning and working in collaborative processes.
• You have experience in site-specific planning, production and coordination.
• You are self-motivated: you have the ability to work independently, proactively, and manage tasks efficiently.
• You know how to work collaboratively on projects & processes.
• You have a driving license, category B.
• You live in Brussels (preferably).
• You don’t mind working on the weekend sometimes.

A wage according to CAO performing arts (PC 304, category A)
Around 35 days of work in total are foreseen (might vary depending on your years of experience), to be confirmed with the person selected and after assessing the workload with the whole team.
