Job Description
Production Auditions
P.A.R.T.S. opens its Bachelor Training program every three years. In spring 2025, P.A.R.T.S. will organize worldwide pre-selections culminating in a final audition week in Brussels for the start of Generation XV in September 2025. You will be responsible for the preparation, smooth organization, and post-production of the worldwide pre-selections (January to April 2025) and the final audition (April 2025) in Brussels. You will travel to a limited number of pre-selections within Europe.

Production SummerSchool
P.A.R.T.S. annually organizes a SummerSchool for dancers aged 16 and up. Based on a longlist of teachers prepared by the deputy director of P.A.R.T.S., you will create a schedule and confirm the teachers. You will reach out to potential partner organizations to make SummerSchool accessible to a wide audience. You will develop a detailed plan for the tasks and responsibilities of the P.A.R.T.S. colleagues running the SummerSchool during the summer months, including the organization of the kitchen, and brief the colleagues accordingly.

Production Support for 3rd Year Bachelor Training
To support the part-time production assistant for the 3rd Year Bachelor Training program, you will assist during peak moments, such as the graduation creation led by choreographer Mette Ingvartsen (May 2025) and the Generation XIV graduation festival (June and July 2025).
