In deze tweedaagse workshop ontdek je wat jou als maker en mens uniek maakt. Dit is geen traditionele opleiding, maar een inspirerende werkruimte waar samenwerking en uitwisseling met collega-artiesten centraal staan.

Hoe positioneer jij jezelf als artiest? Welke waarden zijn jouw kompas? Hoe bewaak je de balans tussen creativiteit, werkdruk en je privéleven? Wat zijn je sterktes en hoe kan je die meer bewust inzetten in je loopbaan? Hoe stel je gezonde grenzen in een sector die vaak veel van je vraagt? Hoe geef je woorden aan wie je bent en wat je maakt of brengt?

In deze interactieve workshop nemen we de tijd om jouw unieke talenten, drijfveren en toekomstvisie scherp te stellen. Via oefeningen rond zelfcoaching, netwerkopbouw en authentieke communicatie ontwikkel je skills die je carrière vooruit helpen. Bovendien leer je van én met andere artiesten.

Dag 1 – draait om zelfinzicht

Je verkent je persoonlijke waarden, energiegevers en je eigen stijl van werken. Je ontdekt wat jou uniek maakt en hoe je daarop kunt bouwen.

Dag 2 –  zoomt in op je professionele presence
We kijken naar communicatie, zichtbaarheid en verbinding. Hoe vertel jij je verhaal op een manier die bij je past? Welke netwerken versterken je missie? Hoe bouw je duurzame, professionele relaties op?

Tijdens deze tweedaagse versterk je essentiële soft-skills die je helpen om bewuster keuzes te maken en je praktijk als artiest actief vorm te geven. Verwacht geen theorie en kant-en-klare antwoorden, wel oefeningen, uitwisseling met gelijkgestemden, inspiratie en inzichten om je volgende stappen te zetten - afgestemd op wie jij bent en wat je graag wil verwezenlijken.

Are you a performing artist or musician? If so, this workshop is for you!

During this two-day workshop, you will explore what makes you unique as both a creator and an individual. Unlike a traditional course, you will be part of an inspiring workspace where collaboration and exchange with fellow artists take centre stage.

Discover your strengths as an artist. A two-day workshop focusing on growth and depth.
How do you position yourself as an artist? What values guide your decisions? How do you balance creativity, work pressure and your personal life? What are your strengths, and how can you use them more constructively in your career? How can you set healthy boundaries in a constantly demanding sector? How do you define who you are and what you create?

Through this interactive workshop, you will have the opportunity to identify your unique talents, motivations and vision for the future. Through exercises in self-coaching, networking, and authentic communication, you will develop the skills to support your artistic career. You will also have the opportunity to learn from and with other artists.

Day 1: Focus on self-Awareness
You’ll explore your personal values, energy sources, and unique working style. You’ll uncover what makes you stand out—and how to build on it.

Day 2: Strengthening your professional presence
We’ll focus on communication, visibility and building connections. How can you tell your story in a way that truly reflects you? Which networks support your mission? How can you build sustainable professional relationships?
Throughout this two-day experience, you will strengthen essential soft skills to help you make conscious choices and shape your artistic practice with intention. Rather than theory or ready-made answers, you can expect hands-on exercises, peer exchange, inspiration and insights to help you take your next steps in a way that is aligned with who you are and what you want to bring into the world.
